I can’t log-in

We encourage you to join our Slack channel, where you can consult with Deci’s support team in real-time, and exchange ideas with industry experts.

Cause 1: You didn’t verify your account with Deci.

  • Solution 1: Go to your email inbox and look for an email from Deci AI. This email contains a verification link (dedicated only for you). Click on it or copy and paste it into your browser.
  • Solution 2: If you didn’t receive a verification email, contact our support team at [email protected]

Cause 2: You don’t have an account set up.

  • Solution 1: Go to deci.ai/sign-up and set up your workspace for free.

Cause 3: The password/email you provided is incorrect.

  • Solution 1: Try to change the provided email and/or password to match the ones you used to register.

  • Solution 2: Click the Reset/Forgot my Password button on the Login page.
